Overview
JT is hiring an RN at Joshua Tree Post Acute (JT), a 58 bed skilled nursing facility located in Yucca Valley. We welcome NEW GRAD RN's as well as experienced RNs for ALL SHIFTS. We offer an extensive orientation and training.
Compensation: Competitive pay, sign-on bonus available.

Shift ScheduleShift time (12-hour shifts): AM 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m., PM 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.
Responsibilities- Med Pass
- Observe patients for changes in condition and notify MD as needed
- Document daily activities
- Collaborate with clinical and rehabilitation teams to provide proper care and treatment
- RN (Registered Nurse) license
- BLS Certification
