• Perform diagnosis and repairs on various types of Ag machines including Sprayers, Planter Tractors, Combine, Industrial Engines and various other machinery and attachments.
• Perform thorough machine inspections utilizing mobile inspection apps.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on machines utilizing manufacturer guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, engine, powertrain and A/C systems.
• Use computer diagnostic tooling and manufacturer software systems when diagnosing and repairing equipment.
• Read, trace, and apply electrical and hydraulic schematics to complex machine systems.
• Complete all electronic data entry and paperwork including service reports, time entry, warranty tickets and inspections.
• Communicate direction of repair and make warranty recommendations.
• Work individually or as part of a team, including coaching and mentoring technicians as needed.
• Promote a positive safety culture while following company safety policies and regulations.
• Stay current on all safety training/certifications including OSHA, forklift, Smith Driving.
• Other duties as assigned.

5 or more years equipment repair experience or field service experience required.

Class C Driver License

The employee frequently works in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration.

The employee occasionally works in high, precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Wage Range $35 to $45 Hourly

Wage depends on knowledge, skills and ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
