An exciting opportunity is available for an Associate Veterinarian to join a forward-thinking, AAHA-accredited, multi-doctor small animal hospital in Yuba City, CA. The hospital is fully equipped with a comprehensive surgical suite, in-house laboratory, digital and dental radiography, therapeutic laser, and a clean, well-maintained boarding facility. You’ll enjoy a diverse general practice caseload, allowing you to refine your skills across all aspects of small animal medicine while pursuing areas of personal clinical interest.
This role offers an excellent work-life balance with a consistent, predictable schedule and no weekend requirements. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available to suit your needs. Doctors receive a regular weekday off, with appointment slots scheduled at a minimum of 30 minutes to ensure thorough, high-quality care. On non-surgical days, the caseload is typically 15–18 appointments, creating a sustainable and rewarding pace.
