Operations Manager - Iconic Machinery

The Yuba City Operations Manager leads day-to-day operations, team performance, and customer experience for our Yuba City dealership. You’ll coordinate across Parts, Service, and Store Operations to maintain high standards for workflow efficiency, facility presentation, and customer support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, improving processes, and supporting customers who rely on their equipment every day.

• Oversee daily dealership operations to ensure smooth coordination across all departments.
• Manage schedules, time-off requests, and timesheet approvals.
• Conduct quarterly conversations and annual performance reviews.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility.
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve.

• Lead all Parts Department functions, including inventory management and team support.
• Respond to online and phone parts inquiries.
• Assist customers with over-the-counter parts sales.
• Handle ordering, receiving, and shipping of parts.
• Pull parts for technicians and support Service Department needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and organization.

• Supervise service technicians and manage daily workflow.
• Respond to online and phone service requests.
• Oversee service scheduling to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
• Create repair orders and support the service point-of-sale process.
• Ensure warranty documentation is completed and submitted accurately.
• Maintain shop organization and monitor technician efficiency.

• 3–5 years of dealership, equipment, or operations experience (preferred).
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong working knowledge of parts and service operations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members.
• Customer-service-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in equipment dealerships or similar industrial environments.
• Background in operational leadership or multi-department management.
• Familiarity with warranty processing or service workflow optimization.
