Site Administrator – Healthcare Clinic Operations
Location: Los Molinos and Magalia
Location: Yuba City
Reports to: Director of Operations
About the RoleUnder the direction of the Director of Operations, the Site Administrator leads day-to-day operations for an assigned clinic, ensuring strong performance across operations, finances, quality, compliance, and patient experience
. This role provides hands-on leadership for clinical and support staff while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
The ideal candidate is a strategic operator, people leader, and problem solver who can balance mission-driven care with business performance.
Key Responsibilities Clinic Leadership & Operations- Lead daily clinic operations to meet organizational, operational, and financial goals
- Oversee all administrative and management functions for the site
- Set goals for providers and staff and monitor clinic productivity and performance
- Act as a liaison between patients, clinicians, care teams, and leadership
- Manage internal and external clinic communications
- Ensure compliance with FQHC regulations, state and federal programs, and payer requirements
- Oversee patient access to all organizational programs and services
- Lead quality assurance, performance improvement, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Monitor adherence to EHR and clinical workflows
- Resolve patient and staff concerns in accordance with organizational policies
- Hire, train, coach, and evaluate all support staff
- Provide ongoing performance feedback and professional development support
- Foster a positive, accountable, and mission-driven clinic culture
- Coordinate staffing coverage and time-off requests in collaboration with clinical leadership
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, access to care, and clinic productivity
- Monitor clinic budgets, financial performance, and accounts receivable
- Ensure timely submission of invoices and adherence to financial controls
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions proactively
- Partner closely with Operations, Medical, Dental, and Administrative leadership
- Participate in management meetings, committees, and operational projects
- Identify patient and operational needs and implement best practices across the clinic
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a physician practice or healthcare setting
- Master’s degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, analytics, and performance metrics
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and engage multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
