Occupational Therapist (OTR) SCAL Interface Rehab, Inc., a trusted leader in rehabilitation services since 1995, is seeking passionate Occupational Therapists (OTR) to join our team. Whether you're looking for flexible per-diem shifts or a full-time schedule, we offer a variety of opportunities tailored to your availability.

• Full-time and Part-time and Flexible scheduling:
  Shifts available, up to 40 hours/week
• Opportunities across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics

• Provide exceptional Occupational therapy care to patients across various settings
• Assist in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness

• Active or obtainable Occupational Therapist license in the state of California

• We offer a competitive hourly rate ($50.00 to $56.00) and one of the best benefits packages in the industry.
• PTO - 15 days to start. Accrue up to 30 days of PTO with yearly accrual
• 6 paid holidays and up to 3 days of bereavement pay each year
• 401(K) retirement program with company match of 25% up to the first 4% of your deferral
