Occupational Therapist (OT) | Yuba City, CA

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract assignment in Yuba City, California. This role offers the opportunity to help patients regain independence and function while working in a supportive rehab environment.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 6–8 hours per day
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Orientation: 4 hours (unbillable)

• Active Occupational Therapist License (California)
• Current BLS certification
• SNF experience preferred
• Must meet pre-employment credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.)

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy interventions to restore function and daily independence
• Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and exercises

• Consistent Monday–Friday schedule (6–8 hours daily)
• 13-week contract with extension potential
• Supportive rehab team environment
