Family Medicine Physician

Qualifications

• Licensed physician in good standing with hospital privileges.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Strong knowledge of clinical care, confidentiality standards, and medical office operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Completion of residency training in relevant specialty.

• Active California Medical License.
• DEA License.
• BLS Certification (must be maintained).

• Clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making.
• Time management, communication, and active listening.
• Personnel management, coordination, and service orientation.
• Problem-solving and compliance monitoring.

• Diagnose and treat patients, prescribe medications, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and communicate results to patients.
• Provide patient education on health, prevention, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and refer to specialists as needed.
• Supervise and support medical staff and trainees.
• Develop and oversee health programs and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
