This is a full-time on-site role for a Slot Manager at Rain Rock Casino, located in Yreka, CA. The Slot Manager will oversee the daily operations of the slot department, including managing staff, maintaining high levels of customer service, monitoring gaming floor activities to ensure regulatory compliance, and optimizing slot machine performance. The Slot Manager will be responsible for employee hiring, training, scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations.
They will also manage budgets and assist in implementing strategies to enhance revenue generation and overall patron satisfaction.
- Strong supervisory skills, including staff management and performance evaluation
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Experience in employee training and development
- Evaluate game performance and make recommendations for floor optimization and capital reinvestment.
- Assist in the development and management of the departmental budget, including labor, capital expenditures, and operational expenses.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior casino or gaming industry experience is an advantage. Working knowledge of slot management systems (e.g., IGT Advantage, Aristocrat Oasis, Konami SYNKROS, or similar)
- Monitor slot performance metrics including coin-in, hold percentages, theoretical win, machine utilization, and game mix performance; make data-driven recommendations to the Director of Slots
