Event Store Manager – Rally House

Rally House is a specialty retail store that carries all things local. We operate 180+ stores nationwide and are expanding. As an Event Store Manager, you will lead a store and its associated events, ensuring exceptional operations and customer experience.

Oversee day‑to‑day store operations and manage all events at your assigned location. Lead a team, maintain sales objectives, customer service, staffing, employee relations, payroll, operating expenses, loss prevention, merchandise presentation, and event execution.

• People:
  Staff recruitment, scheduling, coaching, training, and team building.
• Customer:
  Maintain customer service standards and promptly respond to inquiries.
• Financials:
  Deliver sales results, inventory control, forecasting, and payroll management.
• Standards:
  Meet visual standards, merchandising, store cleanliness, safety, and security.
• Event Management:
  Organize off‑site events, manage on‑site staffing, product assessment, and partner with buying team.

• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and CAD programs.
• Strong networking, recruiting, training, visual merchandising, and operational skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication.

• 5–7 years retail experience.
• 2–5 years store management and coaching experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Event planning experience preferred.
• Sports enthusiast preferred.

Stand, walk, talk, lift up to 50 pounds, work around equipment and ladders, and be able to travel up to 2‑weeks at a time during events, up to 75% of the year.

$60,000.00 – $75,000.00 annually.
