• Maintain a well‑kept parking lot and ensure carts are ready and available.
• Assist members by loading their vehicles, providing a positive first and last impression, and helping with purchases.
• Stand for long periods and move throughout the club during all weather conditions.
• Handle member inquiries, resolve issues, and promote company products and services.
• Perform safety sweeps, follow procedures for handling merchandise, and report unsafe situations.
• Assist with payments, operate cash registers, and handle various membership and payment types.
• Organize, maintain, and retrieve carts, flatbeds, and merchandise in designated areas.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers to prioritize tasks and address improvement opportunities.
