Job DescriptionAs General Manager you will oversee all aspects of store performance: cost controls, inventory, cash control, customer relations and employee development. You will set the example, follow all policies 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
Job Requirements And Duties- Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management and scheduling.
- Perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality.
- Transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability.
- Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery to storage.
- Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders and take inventory.
- Clean equipment and facility daily, complete associated paperwork and train new staff.
- Ability to comprehend written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers.
- Quick and accurate addition, subtraction, multiplication and division; make correct monetary change.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen and handle orders over the phone and in person.
Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing and climbing are required. Bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds are unloaded by hand truck. Workers reach above 72 occasionally to turn on/off oven controls and lift and lower objects to and from shelves.
