What You’ll Do:- Innovate & Inspire:
Create "bucket-list" dining experiences and seasonal menus across all resort outlets. - Lead the Brigade: Reporting to the F&B Director but owning your domain by mentoring, motivating, and managing a culinary team.
- Master the Craft: Dive into the trenches to ensure every plate meets elite standards of quality and safety. You will lead with a hands‑on presence, mentoring, motivating, and leading your kitchen brigade from prep to plating – no ivory towers here, just action.
- Drive Performance: Drive profitability via management of food & labor costs, turning culinary genius into financial success.
- Command the Kitchen: Anticipate challenges before they arise, ensuring a seamless, high‑energy operation.
- Communicate with Grace: Resolve guest and staff concerns with clarity and a positive, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Work with Sales, Events, and All Operational direla to craft unforgettable experiences from intimate dinners to large‑scale banquets. - Brand Ambassadorship: Uphold Marriott standards while injecting your unique flair, ensuring consistency, quality, and unforgettable guest satisfaction.
