• Master of Banquets:
  Lead the charge in setting up, servicing, and breaking down banquet events, ensuring every detail matches the Banquet Event Orders.
• Style & Safety Guru:
  Maintain sharp appearance and high service standards, uphold safety, and be the go-to for policy and liquor law knowledge.
• Team Dynamo:
  Rally the crew, assign tasks, run pre-event huddles, and help train new recruits to be the best in the biz.
• Guest Happiness Hero:
  Bridge Sales, Catering, and guests, resolve problems, address complaints, and keep accidents at bay.
• Operations Whiz & Money Maestro:
  Manage schedules, wage reports, inventory, beverage service, and handling of checks, paperwork, and cash with precision.
• Multi-Tasking Marvel & Trusted Ally:
  Assist with A/V, attend meetings, support where needed, manage Lost and Found, and maintain security and integrity in all interactions.

• Minimum of 1 year progressive experience in a hotel or related field required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or related field is a plus
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with state regulations)
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate initiative
• Strong proficiency in financial tasks and arithmetic
