Warehouse Assisstant

At Cover Safe, our warehouses are an important part of our operations. We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Warehouse Associate who takes pride in organization, efficiency, and supporting a high-performing team.

As our Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in keeping our service center organized, stocked, and operating at a high level. You'll work closely with the Service Center Leader and Supply Chain Manager to ensure materials are received, stored, tracked, and shipped accurately and safely.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Receiving and documenting shipments in our operations system (PTW)
• Properly storing and organizing inventory
• Identifying and resolving missing or damaged materials
• Packing and labeling outgoing shipments
• Refilling technician parts bins and carts
• Assisting with inventory counts
• Performing minor facility maintenance and repairs
• Occasionally delivering parts or supplies to the field technician
• Supporting special projects and team needs as they arise

You are the person who ensures our technicians have what they need to succeed.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Understanding of shipping and receiving processes
• Ability to safely operate a forklift
• Comfort using technology to track inventory and shipments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 90 pounds when needed
• Comfortable standing, lifting, and bending for extended periods
• Able to handle physically active work in a warehouse environment
