Industrial Maintenance Technician

Primary Responsibilities:

* Develop and follow maintenance procedures to ensure consistent equipment performance.

* Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve maintenance issues.

* Check electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems to ensure functionality.

* Support repair, maintenance, and installation activities while following all safety policies.

Job Duties:

* Carry out routine and preventive maintenance on all building systems and equipment.

* Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs on plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.

* Monitor equipment inventory and notify supervisor when orders are needed.

* Maintain detailed maintenance logs and daily activity reports.

* Coordinate with contractors and service providers as directed.

* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.

Education and

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

* A minimum of 1 year of experience as a maintenance technician.

* Experience in planning and performing maintenance operations.

* Solid understanding of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

* Working knowledge of facility machines and equipment.

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

* Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
