What you will do:

* Assist the job foreman installing, repairing, or coating concrete areas.

* Be able to lift to 50 lbs. frequently throughout the day.

* Prepare surfaces for installation.

* Mix products to make repairs or installations.

* Operate power tools and equipment.

* Carry materials and equipment.

* Clean and maintain equipment and area.

* Hands on epoxy flooring work and repairs, and other varying concrete/trowel down systems.

* MUST be willing and able to work with epoxy products.

What you will need:

* 1+ year(s) of concrete/epoxy finishing experience.

* Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MUST be able to be cleared to drive a company vehicle).

* Must be willing to travel up to 80% of the time when local work is not available (4 weeks consecutively).

* When local work is available, be able to get to and from the jobsites on a daily basis (within a 60-mile radius of Youngstown, Ohio).

* Must pass pre-employment drug test and background screening.

* Authorized to work in the US.

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Ability to endure extreme outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.

* Ability to communicate effectively through written correspondence and verbally in English.

* Starting pay of $18.00- $20.00 per hour. LOTS of work & Overtime Available.

* Hotels and travel time paid (while staying out of town).

* Per diem - $37 per day (while staying out of town).
