- ** What You’ll Be Doing:
*** Be the expert customers turn to — over the counter, by phone, and via email — to find the parts they need.
* Recommend related items, share promotions, and help customers make informed choices.
* Coordinate orders with the warehouse to keep everything moving efficiently.
* Track backorders, locate hard-to-find parts, and communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
* Log lost sales and spot trends to help us improve.
* Stay current with training and product updates — because knowledge is power.

* Mechanical aptitude and computer skills are a must.
* Prior experience in truck or auto parts is a plus — but not required.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and great with customers.

** Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
** A high school diploma or equivalent required with basic knowledge of truck/auto components.
* Excellent communication skills and must speak English.
* High school business math.
* Knowledge of and ability to work on a computer.
* General mechanical aptitude.

* Must be able to walk, stand, kneel, crouch, reach and lift.
