Position SummaryAs a Realty Project Coach, you will join the Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels. Your focus will be on ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, collaborate with store associates, and embrace frequent travel to support projects across the region.
Responsibilities- Lead the execution of store remodel projects, maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality objectives.
- Supervise hourly team members, provide coaching, and develop associates.
- Handle escalations, resolve store leadership and supplier concerns, and keep projects on track.
- Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders and minimize impact on store operations.
- Travel frequently (up to 1000 miles) and be away from home 80% of the time or for 17‑21 days at a time.
- Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1 year’s experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis, OR 3 years’ experience in the same areas. - Preferred:
Master’s degree in Business, experience leading cross‑functional teams, and Project Management – Management Professional Certification.
