** Registered Nurse (RN)
** to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients, promote wellness, and support recovery. You will play a key role in educating patients and their families on preventive care and healthy living practices.

** Responsibilities
* ** Monitor and assess patient conditions to provide optimal care and advice
* Observe and communicate symptoms and changes in condition to physicians
* Collaborate with providers and healthcare team to develop individualized care plans
* Perform routine clinical procedures (e.g., vital signs, injections) and document in patient charts
* Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
* Maintain hygiene and safety standards (e.g., sanitize equipment, prepare patient areas)
* Provide immediate care in emergencies
* Assist during surgical procedures when needed
* Supervise and mentor LPNs and nursing assistants
* Support patients and their families with compassion and clear communication
* Pursue continuing education to enhance knowledge and skills## Qualifications
** Requirements
* ** Proven experience as a Registered Nurse
* Urgent Care preferred
* Strong knowledge of nursing care methods and emergency protocols
* In-depth understanding of health and safety procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.)
* Current RN license in good standing
* BSc in Nursing or diploma from an accredited nursing program
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
* Compassionate, dependable, and adaptable
