Practice full-scope CRNA care in a collaborative, physician-supported model. Independently manage pre-op assessments, induction, maintenance, emergence, and post-op recovery across diverse cases. Respond to emergent airways, place regional blocks, and lead resuscitation efforts in a high-volume environment. Document thoroughly, drive quality improvement projects, and mentor peers in a culture that rewards initiative and clinical mastery.
Requirements- Graduate of an accredited CRNA program (new grads encouraged)
- NBCRNA certification + Ohio licensure (or eligible)
