Responsibilities
- $4,000 sign on bonus
- Base rate + shift differentials up to $5.00 depending on shift.
- 3 12's 7pm - 7:30am or 7am - 7:30pm

- The LPN performs under the direction of a Registered Nurse in providing nursing care to assigned patients, utilizing basic understanding of psychiatric and personality disorders
- Education: Graduate from an accredited professional vocational school of nursing or vocational training as a LPN.
- Experience: Minimum one (1) year as a LPN preferred.
- Licensure: Licensed to practice vocational/practical nursing from the Ohio State Board of Nursing.
- Additional Requirements: CPR certification and successful completion of Crisis Intervention Training (CPI), including appropriate use of Seclusion and Restraint immediately following employment and prior to performing patient care.
