Your Day-to-Day Impact

* Performing daily rounds and documenting equipment status

* Tackling mechanical delays and executing repairs across the mill

* Driving down maintenance costs through smart, proactive work

* Scanning and tracking all parts used from inventory during your shift

* Participating in continuous improvement initiatives (CIT, MADE, RCA, CAPEX)

* Advancing through our Skill-Based Pay Curriculum to grow your career

* Maximizing wrench time and work effectiveness with strong competencies

What You Bring

We're looking for candidates who are sharp, safety-focused, and ready to roll up their sleeves:

* High School Diploma or GED (required)

* Preferred:
Associate degree in Mechanical Technology or Journeyman Millwright/Machine Repairman card

* Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience

* Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills:
Power Transmission, Hydraulics, Pneumatics

* Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying temperatures

* Positive attitude toward teamwork, safety, and quality

* Excellent attendance and reliability

* Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed

* Must pass a mechanical assessment test
