• Lead team on day-to-day operations, providing guidance, motivation, and support to EVS Deep Cleaners.
• Oversea department and offer a high level of experience and responsibility.
• Identify and resolve problems within EVS guidelines.
• Operate carpet shampooer and buffer.
• Use a high lift to clean ceiling fixtures.
• Recognize and ensure appropriate chemicals are used when cleaning and mixing appropriate chemicals.
• Moving furniture and cleaning of assigned areas.
• Maintain and clean machines after use.
• Report any problems to management.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Mop, scrub, rinse and polish hard floors.
• Move, rearrange and clean furniture.
• Operate and control all mechanical equipment including rotary machines, blowers and backpack vacuums.
• Provide exceptional Customer Service to all guests.

• Operating the following equipment to include: vacuum cleaners, floor machines, carpet extractors, mop and broom.

This job does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred;
High School diploma; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of America money and weight measurement, volume and distance. Possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills.
