• Lead and manage end‑to‑end strategic projects focused on program optimization across various clinical areas
• Design and execute comprehensive, data‑driven strategic analyses to enhance efficiency and program performance
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior management
• Act as an internal consultant, identifying strategic needs and proposing analytical solutions
• Develop robust models to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented initiatives

• 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, healthcare analytics, or a similar high‑impact role
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex analytical projects and translating insights into actionable strategies
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience and/or education in lieu of a bachelor's degree
• Exceptional strategic problem‑solving and critical thinking skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Business Administration, Public Health, or related discipline
• Experience guiding and developing analytical talent
