• Collaborate with customers, Software Engineers, and other team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions
• Participate in the full software development life cycle, taking on various roles within Agile scrum teams
• Support requirements testing to minimize production defects and analyze results related to customer impacts
• Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management while providing accurate documentation

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or closely related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IS/IT or Healthcare
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in SQL and Agile methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and effectively juggle competing priorities

• 1-3 years of Lean/Six Sigma experience
• 1-3 years in the Health Insurance Industry
• 1-3 years in the Healthcare industry
• Six Sigma certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Clinical License
