Direct Support Professionals

CLIENT'S COMPENSATION & REFERRALS

• Competitive Weekly Compensation Weekdays- $17.50-$18 per hour depending on shift, Weekends- $19/hour
• For a limited time:
  Receive $150 after successful completion of 80 hours
• Premium Holiday Rates
• Unlimited Referral Bonuses

• 2nd shift: 2:30pm-11pm (Monday-Friday)
• Double weekend shift: 3pm-7am (Saturday and Sunday)

As a Direct Support Professional, you will ACTIVELY assist adults and perform tasks including lifting (up to 60 pounds without assistance), providing personal care/hygiene (including bathing, adult diapering, toileting etc.) and feeding.

• Valid Driver's License
• Proof of High School Diploma or GED
• Healthcare documents:
  Physical and TB/PPD screening (within one year)
• Valid CPR/First Aid Certification
• Ability to complete and pass background checks
• Ability to complete client's required computer-based IDD trainings
• Resume
  - Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is required

This is an independent contractor opportunity for anyone who has ever worked as a: CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Healthcare, PCA, Personal Care Assistant, Companion, HHA, Home Health Aide, Certified Home Health Aide, hospice, at a nursing home or an assisted living facility, Caregiver, Direct Care Worker, DCW, Patient Care Technician, DSP and/or a Direct Support Professional to provide support to persons with intellectual developmental disabilities in group home settings.
