# Activities Assistant (AL)
Liberty Arms Assisted Living - Youngstown, OH 44505## Description As an Activity Assistant, you have the opportunity to help meet the physical, mental, and psychological needs of our elderly population.
Some responsibilities include:
* Assist in planning entertainment, exercise, relaxation, and creative events
* Visit non ambulatory residents, write letters for them, read to them
* Run Errands and assist residents on outings
* May be required to drive company vans for resident outings.
* May be required to care for facility pets, e.g., dogs, cats, fish and birds.
* Maintain documentation as required by state and federal regulations, and company policy## Qualifications
