Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy assistant services to residents in accordance with treatment plans and facility policies.
  • Deliver personalized, hands-on care aimed at improving residents’ functional abilities and quality of life.
  • Collaborate with the therapy team to implement and monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services rendered and resident responses in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in good standing.
  • PRN status available; flexibility to meet scheduling needs.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills; commitment to resident-centered care.
