This is a critical leadership position for a global manufacturer looking to elevate their safety culture & program. Our client is currently seeking an energetic, passionate HSSE leader to oversee their largest, flagship location in Youngstown, OH.
Although the title is a Sr. HSSE Manager, these responsibilities are akin to a Director.

• Strategically lead safety, environmental, and security functions for site.
• Manage/coach other senior leaders to implement transformational change.
• Ensure a strong level of compliance and identify gaps/areas of improvement.
• Set site roadmap to ensure alignment with company goals.

• Minimum 10 years of EHS experience in a high‑risk setting; 15+ years preferred.
• B.S. in a related field required;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Additional safety training/certifications required; CSP/CIH/CHST preferred.
• Comfortable relocating to the Youngstown, OH area (relocation assistance provided).
