Part-time Faculty, Civil and Construction Engineering Technology

Summary of Position

The Civil and Construction Engineering Technology (CCET) department at Youngstown State University is accepting applications for part-time faculty to teach

CCETcourses. The courses are included in the Associate of Applied Science (AAS) and Bachelor of Science in Applied Science (BSAS) programs. Specialization in the area of the course is preferred. These positions are renewable.

Position Information

Plans, organizes, teaches, and provides feedback to promote and direct student success. Responds to students promptly. Communicates with students, departments, and university officials via university-provided tools and resources.

Qualifications and Competencies

Minimum Qualifications:

At least a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering or Civil and Construction Engineering Technology. Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

Three years of relevant US industrial experience with a Master's Degree and/or Professional Engineers License.
