Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including exams, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with behavioral health and addiction specialists to deliver integrated, patient-centered care.
- Supervise clinical staff and support professional development.
- Participate in program development, quality improvement, and innovative care initiatives.
- Ensure continuity of care through consultations and coordinated treatment plans.
