Position Overview:

ONE Health Ohio is seeking a Physician to provide direct and appropriate clinical care and treatment to patients in specialty areas as assigned while maintaining patient/client confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Develop individualized care plans, ensuring patient engagement and understanding.
• Collaborate with a team including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare providers.
• Supervise and mentor mid-level providers and students as needed.
• Provide patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of conditions.
• Perform minor procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR record system.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Licensed as an MD or DO from an accredited educational institution
• Licensed to practice medicine in Ohio
• Completion of an accredited residency program
• Board eligible/certified
• DEA certification
• Uphold One Health Ohio’s core values and policies
• Communicate openly with supervisors and colleagues
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude in all interactions
• Exhibit flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing tasks

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity
• Communication skills using the spoken word
• Ability to see and hear within normal range
