Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Youngstown, Ohio. This Contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to oversee financial operations and office management in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Conduct thorough account and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and assist with tax-related compliance tasks.

- Manage office operations, including inventory and supply coordination.

- Supervise administrative staff, delegating tasks and ensuring smooth workflow.

- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.

- Provide technical accounting support and resolve discrepancies as needed.

- Utilize Sage software for bookkeeping tasks and financial analysis.

- Work two Saturdays per month to meet operational requirements.

- Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and ensure compliance. Requirements - Proven experience in bookkeeping and office management.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

- Proficiency in Sage accounting software and 10-key typing.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Willingness to work two Saturdays per month for overtime hours.
