MIASA Automotive is seeking a talented Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations in Yorktown, IN. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our CNC machining processes.

• Leadership & Team Management

  • Supervise, coach, and motivate production team members to achieve performance goals.

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and safety-focused workplace culture.

  • Provide training, feedback, and performance evaluations.

• Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce all company safety policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Promote safe work habits and ensure employees follow proper procedures.

  • Respond promptly to incidents and take corrective actions.

• Production & Quality

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet schedules.

  • Ensure quality standards are met and take corrective measures when needed.

  • Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance teams to reduce downtime and defects.

• Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.

  • Support implementation of lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.

• Communication & Reporting

  • Maintain clear communication between shifts, departments, and management.

  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on production, safety, and team performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work 3-11 PM, including evenings or weekends if required.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.

• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
