• Manage all aspects of the New Car and Used Car Sales process from the moment the customer walks into the dealership to the point of sale and beyond.
• Build an ongoing relationship with customers to create Brand loyalty.
• Listen as an expert and execute each process within the Sales cycle; be results oriented with attention to detail.
• Develop product knowledge to provide each customer with a personalized retail experience.
• Focus on achieving sales targets and utilize available tools and ongoing training to assist in meeting objectives.
• Collaborate as a team player to develop relationships across the dealership.
