To fulfill Pattison Agriculture’s vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Will Call Coordinator to join our fast-paced, energetic, dealership in either Yorkton, SK. As a Will Call Coordinator, you will arrange factory hauls of Johne Deere and Shortline equipment with both internal and external carriers. You will provide support to Pattison Agriculture Sales and Service Departments relating to factory hauls.

This individual’s responsibilities include:

• Schedules for factory equipment hauls with both external and internal carriers.
• On ordered equipment with out of factory PUK kit installation (Product Upgrade Kits), monitors equipment to install completion then coordinates pickup from install facility.
• Works on arranging boarder clearances both US and Canada for all in bound and outbound hauls.
• Reports to both Sales and Service on timelines of equipment arrival relating to factory hauls.
• Submits needed damage claims to outside carriers on all factory hauls.
• Provides quotes to Sales on all US bound sold unit hauls.
• Arranges US sold equipment hauls with both internal and external carriers.
• Submits Purchase Orders through Medius system for outside carriers performing factory hauls.
• Invoices factory hauls and US sold unit hauls.
• Assists Trucking Department Coordinators and Administrator as directed by Trucking Department Manager.
• Assists in onboarding of new drivers in systems and hardware usage.

• Ability to interact effectively with customers and co-workers
• Strong written, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent Computer Skills including Word and Excel
• Well-organized, self-assured, creative thinker and problem solver
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
• Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Knowledge of trucking and/or agricultural industry is an asset
• Previous administrative experience in the industry is an asset
