Pay Details: $60,000 - $70,000 CAD

Job Description:
TD Wealth provides holistic, personalized financial planning and advice to mass affluent clients. The Financial Planning team focuses on helping clients set and achieve financial goals while delivering a legendary customer experience.
- Identify clients’ life and financial goals, provide comprehensive reviews, and build long-term relationships through financial planning expertise, relationship building and ongoing services
- Conduct reporting and analysis, draw conclusions, make recommendations, and continually assess program effectiveness
- Contribute to team and department goals while strengthening customer service and dedication
- Monitor service levels, productivity, and efficiency; implement continuous improvements
- Stay informed on best practices and emerging trends
- Acquire and apply expertise, provide mentorship and direction to others
- Maintain a culture of risk management and control aligned with risk appetite
- Be an active team member, supporting a positive, service-oriented work environment
- University Degree (preferred)
- 3–5 years within the financial services industry managing client relationships and tailored investment solutions (preferred)
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or CFA Level 1 (or higher) required before start date
- Complete Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH) within first 90 days
- CIRO Registered Representative (RR) license within first 90 days
- Complete Wealth Management Essentials (WME) within first 30 months
- Achieve Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation within first 3 years
- CFP Eligibility:
University Degree OR up to 10 years of qualifying work experience OR 5 years as a QAFP professional
- Passion for financial planning and helping clients reach their financial and life goals
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in high-value sales and business development
- Strong understanding of the industry, market conditions, and regulatory environment
- Excellent people and problem-solving skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong communication skills; able to work collaboratively and independently
