You will also play a key part in delivering excellent customer service by liaising with our customers and ensuring their needs are met. A full UK driving licence is a requirement for this role In this role you will Carry out practical tasks such as joinery, tiling, painting, and fitting or replacing fencing Support the installation of wooden trench supports and participate in the standby support driver rota Complete site reports using an app on a smart device (training provided), so good tech skills are essential Respond to customer queries and complaints in line with agreed service levels, delivering excellent customer service Comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, ensuring the safety of yourself, colleagues, and the public Communicate effectively at all levels and work independently to plan and complete both scheduled and reactive works We are looking for Strong communication skills, especially when working remotely Previous experience in joinery Hands-on experience using tools and equipment Ability to use smart devices and apps to complete site reports Capable of working independently and collaboratively, ensuring safety on site Proven commitment to putting safety first Why join NGN?
