Maintenance Plumber

Commercial Maintenance Plumber - York - MOJ - Call for salary.

There will be a need to work weekends but this would be on a 1 in 3 week rota basis (and with an additional allowance of 15% of basic salary).

The standard hours of work are 39 hours per week (across 7 days where a weekend shift pattern is in place)

What you will do:

Routine and non-routine maintenance.

Mains water supply repairs.

Fault finding Identification of life expired equipment, checking, repairing and making good faults.

Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment.

What you will bring:

Full driving licence

Experience in a commercial environment is desirable

Experience in operating light plant

NVQ level 3 in Plumbing and Heating is preferred (we may consider NVQ level
2)

Legionella Control (L8) is desirable

Prison Security Clearance will be required
