Retail Security Officer –

Protect customers' property, people and assets by delivering security services in accordance with Assignment Instructions and any subsequent changes. Maintain performance to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements, support contract retention, and undertake ongoing training for self‑development.

• Provide security services in direct accordance with the published Assignment Instructions.
• Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators / Service Level Agreements for the customer.
• Comply with all policies, legal and regulatory requirements and safety obligations.
• Maintain and wear required industry licences, including SIA Licence, CCTV PSS SIA Licence, and other statutory licences.
• Report health and safety hazards, incidents, and potential threats promptly.
• Complete accurate incident reports and maintain daily log entries.
• Use technology to achieve key work objectives and maintain professional conduct.
• Renew licences and complete competency training as required.

• Previous security experience.
• Valid SIA Licence.
• SC Clearance desirable.
