We’re looking for a confident, motivated, and customer-focused New Home Sales Advisor to join our team in York
. If you have a passion for property and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Working Thursday through Monday
, you’ll play a key part in helping buyers find their dream home while delivering outstanding service and driving sales success.

• Greet and assist customers throughout the buying journey – from first enquiry to final completion

• Present new homes with confidence and professionalism, highlighting key features and benefits

• Build strong relationships with buyers, solicitors, and internal teams

• Use CRM systems to track enquiries and progress sales

• Maintain the presentation and marketing of the show home and sales area

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

• Previous experience in new home sales or a similar customer-facing sales role

• Professional, proactive, and highly organised

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong IT skills and confident using sales and CRM software

• A reliable team player who can also work independently

• Flexible with weekend working –
  Thursday to Monday schedule is required
