Role Summary

For our REPLAY Outlet in York, we are seeking Part Time (30h) Sales Assistants who are presentable and enthusiastic
.

As the first point of contact for our customers, your goal is to provide them with the best customer experience as a true REPLAY ambassador. In addition, you maintain day‑to‑day presentation standards in the shop and ensure that assortment and stock levels are always up to date.

• A positive and enthusiastic person with great communication skills
• A good sense of fashion and trends
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position is a plus
• A flexible attitude; working weekends and evenings is not a problem for you
• Ability to identify customer needs and answer all product‑related questions
• Knowledge of the collection and specific product information
• Familiarity with sales targets and KPI indicators
