Position: Residential Conveyancer (Permanent)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join my clients team in their York offices on a Hybrid basis.

My client is a well established firm in a sought after location in the heart of York and have created this role due to the growth of their property team.

The preferred candidate will have some experience of:

• Working in a residential property department doing a variety of work

• Running your own files, with help and support from colleagues

• The regional residential property market, its challenges and opportunities;

• IT and case management systems

• Working within a target driven environment;
