Position:
Due to expansion, this regional practice is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to undertake a varied caseload of commercial property matters.

Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.

• You will be responsible for a varied real estate caseload, including leases, development matters, option agreements, overage and promotion agreements, among other matters.
• You will handle your own caseload and also be expected to play an active role in assisting to grow and develop the team.
• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
