Exciting opportunity to join a fast growing contract recruitment team in Harrogate.
Due to substantial growth plans, we are recruiting for additional Recruitment/Search Consultants to join our ambitious and lively head office team in Harrogate.
The role:Joining the SAP Contract team, you will gain an in depth knowledge of the SAP market and support a wide range of fast paced searches for SAP contract day rate vacancies.

This initial resourcing' role has a clearly defined career roadmap to full 360 SAP Recruitment Consultant (if this is your ambition) with win your own clients sales side and enjoy increased commissions.
Key responsibilities:- Develop expertise across the full recruitment process for supporting contract roles
- Proactively gain knowledge of the SAP market
- Attract candidates through database networking, headhunting, networking via Linked In, job adverts, social media and seeking recommendations
- Speak to candidates on the phone or via video to assess their suitability for SAP/Tech assignments
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with candidates at team and leadership level
- Conduct yourself professionally with teammates, leadership and external customers
- Undertake training to understand bluewave's recruitment process and embed in the business
- Work towards agreed objectives and standards to enable success in the role
- Upbeat, lively, articulate with prior office experience
- Ability to build relationships based on trust, transparency and confidence
- Excellent communication, presentation and organisation skills
- Professional outlook with a strong desire to succeed
- Strong team player with a sense of humour and enthusiasm
- Ability to adapt and get involved in a fast paced environment

- Articulate phone manner, computer skills and IT literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Degree educated
- Recruitment/Sales/B2B experience
