About the Role:

As our Health & Safety Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our commitment to creating a safe educational environment. You will work closely with the team to implement and maintain health and safety policies, ensuring compliance and fostering a culture of safety across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to health and safety incidents and training.
Collaborate with staff to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Organise and deliver health and safety training sessions for staff.
Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and best practices in health and safety.
Act as a point of contact for health and safety inquiries from staff and students.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a health and safety role, preferably within the education sector.
Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and best practices.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for promoting safety.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and health and safety management software.
