Full job description Join our passionate team at M&D Care as a Cook in our specialist residential service, and make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults and the quality of their environment. At M&D Care, we support individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, and neurodevelopmental conditions across South and West Wales. As Cook, youll work Monday to Friday (9am5pm) with occasional weekends.

Youll plan and prepare nutritious meals, including special diets, ensuring residents individual needs and preferences are met. Youll maintain high standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and infection control. Responsibilities include menu planning, stock ordering, budget management, and kitchen cleanliness. Youll collaborate with support staff to align meals with care plans and engage with residents to promote enjoyable, healthy eating experiences.
