Responsibilities:

· Supporting residents with their wellbeing on a day-to-day basis.

· Monitor, observe and record progress, ensuring care plans are followed effectively.

· Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families and other support staff to ensure comprehensive care.

· Provide one to one support.

Requirements:

· Right to work in the UK

· Must have at least 6 months experience

· Must be PMVA trained

· Must have Mandatory health training certificate

· A valid Enhanced DBS
