If you're a Civil Engineer with a couple of years' experience and you're ready to step up into something more exciting, this could be the perfect move.

We're working with a growing Engineering Consultancy that's looking for a Civil Engineer to join their friendly and ambitious team. The company works across Heritage, Civil, Structural, Bridge and Conservation Engineering, with extra exposure to Surveying, Cost Consultancy and Project Management. You won't be stuck behind a desk - there's plenty of variety, lots of site involvement, and a real chance to make your mark from day one.

The Consultancy delivers projects that genuinely make a difference, from improving schools and flood defences to developing infrastructure and creating better residential and commercial spaces. You'll get hands-on with roads, drainage, site development and infrastructure design, helping to prepare drawings, calculations and reports while collaborating closely with architects, contractors and local authorities. Every week brings something different, and you'll get to see your ideas come to life and have a positive impact on the communities around you.

You'll need a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and at least a couple of years' real-world experience in a similar role. Confidence using AutoCAD, Civil 3D or Info/Micro Drainage will go a long way, and if you've worked with Site3D, even better. A good understanding of design standards and regulations is important, along with the ability to communicate clearly, manage your workload and bring a proactive, can-do attitude to the team.
